St.Peter & St.Paul Shadoxhurst in Kent. This small church has no tower, but houses a single bell in a bell turret, the clock is a memorial of the 1914-18 war.The earliest recorded Rector is John de Ilford, appointed incumbent of SHADOWEHURST on 22nd January 1289
